Central Show Choir

Lights! Camera! Action!

Central’s own Showchoir class with performances is starting in February!

Performing for an audience is such a skill builder, for kids of all ages. This semester, Lisa Bock is debuting the Central Singers, a singing/dancing performance class.  The kids will learn vocals and simple choreography to put together a few performances at the end of the session!  Kids who have an ear for singing, want to develop group singing skills & harmonizing, enjoy learning dance steps, enjoyed prior singing/choreography experience with school plays or drama…this is perfect for you!  This is a group learning environment, so we will work as a team to learn the routines and all vocals, although there will be opportunity for solos for those who want to give it a try. These skills are all a fantastic foundation for making presentations and public speaking, as well as collaboration on a team and problem-solving.

Rehearsal will be Tuesdays after school in the library.

Cost: $200 for 10-wk class
